For the Word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.” 1Corinthians 1:18.

Welcome from our chaplain

If you are looking at this website, you are at the right place.  May God bless you as you take time to browse through our website.

My name is Guy Diakiese, I am the chaplain for the English Church of Liège which is part of the Church of England’s Diocese in Europe.

We are a family that believes in one God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and we worship God in Spirit and Truth (see John 4:24; Romans 8:9). Most of all, we are a family that cares for the needs of one another and protect the vulnerable.

Do get in touch if you need a pastoral or spiritual support. I am also available for Baptism, Confirmation, Wedding blessing, Funeral and Pastoral Visit. (See contact page.)

I look forward to hearing from you.

As of June 9th, we have entered into a new phase of relaxations, with significant changes for religious gatherings as well. We have drafted a new parish protocol in line with the regulations set out by the Federal government, which you can download here.

Registration is no longer required and we are able to accommodate as many people as possible in our church.  We welcome everyone back to worship with us face-to-face!
